A London man is dead after a motorcycle crash Wednesday evening just east of the city in Thames Centre.
Middlesex County OPP say it happened around 10:39 p.m. on Hamilton Road between Westchester Bourne and Harris Road in Thames Centre.
According to investigators, the motorcycle was travelling westbound on Hamilton Road and was stopping for another vehicle when it tipped. The driver was then thrown from the motorcycle and was struck by another vehicle.
The motorcycle rider was rushed to hospital in London where he later died of his injuries.
He has since been identified as 59 year old Ronald Weick, of London.
Police say there were no other injuries.
