The London Transit Commission has appointed a new General Manager.
Mrs. Kelly Paleczny will take over this new role on January 1st, 2015.
David Winninger is the chair of the LTC, he says Paleczny brings lots of experience to the LTC as she has been the Manager of Finance for many years.
Winninger adds Paleczny brings knowledge, advocacy skills and she shares the vision for long term transit in London.
Winninger says Paleczny in addition to being a key member of London Transit’s senior management team has been actively involved in transit policy and program development at a provincial and national level.
Winninger says she has big shoes to fill, as outgoing GM Larry Ducharme was a much respected part of the LTC.
Winninger tells the X he is excited and thrilled about Paleczny’s new position as the LTC General Manager.
