Much of Southwestern Ontario is under special weather alerts.
With the bone chilling temperatures to feel like minus 25 in today the extreme cold alert remains in effect, and a snow squall warning has also been issued bringing a possible 20 centimeters of snow today.
The alerts cover London, Middlesex, parts of Elgin, Sarnia/Lambton and Huron Perth
Many regions around the Great Lakes will also have to cope with the squalls today, which could create hazardous driving conditions.
All school buses in London, Middlesex, Oxford and Elgin counties have been cancelled today.

Assumption School in Aylmer and St Patrick in Lucan have been closed for Wednesday because of the snow. No schools buses are running in the region, all other schools remain open.
