A drug bust in the city’s south end turned up a sawed off shotgun along with $30,000 in drugs and cash.
London police say that after searching a Pond Mills Road residence, they seized the following:
- Sawed-off 12-gauge shotgun
- 6.3 ounces crystal methamphetamine worth $17,700
- Hydromorphone contin (6mg, 24mg, 30mg) worth $4,150
- 32 grams marihuana worth $320
- Cash totaling $11,460
As a result, four Londoners have been charged:
Robert Rivard, 36:
- Four counts of possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking, contrary to section 5(2) CDSA;
- Possession of a Schedule II substance, contrary to sectoin 4(1) CDSA;
- Possess firearm while prohibited, contrary to section 117.01(1) CC;
- Possess prohibited firearm, contrary to section 92(1) CC; and
- Driving while disqualified, contary to section 259(4) CC.
Nicole George, 25:
- Four counts of possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking, contrary to section 5(2) CDSA;
- Possession of a Schedule II substance, contrary to sectoin 4(1) CDSA; and
- Unauthorized possession of a prohibited weapon, contrary tosection 91(1) CC.
Charles Grebenchan and Ericka Paton, both 24, face one count of possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking.
