London Police continue to investigate the homicide of an 18-year-old male.
Police say they were responding to a disturbance in the parking lot at 1181 Highbury Avenue North around 5:20 AM Sunday morning when additional information was received from a citizen calling to report hearing gunfire in the area.
Police say they found an 18 year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds in the parking lot of 1365 Huron Street. EMS attended where “life-saving efforts” were unsuccessful.
The 18-year old has been identified as Jeremy Cook, originally from Brampton.
This is London’s fourth homicide of the year.
Police say three individuals are in custody in relation to this incident. Now charges have been laid as of late Sunday afternoon and they’re not currently searching for any other suspects.
Police say members are in the vicinity of the scene, searching for evidence and canvassing for witnesses.
