Police arrived at 1161 Hamilton Road on September 6th following reports of a shooting in the area. Steven Patrick Sinclair was sent to hospital, where he died from his injuries.
Police, with the help of witnesses from the area, charged a 15-year old for first degree murder. The accused, whose identity will not be released under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, is in custody and will be in court today.
