Emergency crews arrived to the intersection at Philbrook Drive and Fanshawe Park Road East at 10 a.m. on November 21. A woman was hit by a car, and was sent to hospital. She is being treated for minor injuries.
Constable Kimberly Flett said the road cleared within minutes after the crash. She reminded drivers to watch for pedestrians and cyclists when driving and turning.
The driver was charged for an unsafe left turn.
