Playing organized sports in Canada can be very expensive and many families face this barrier. The London Sports Council is trying to help get Canadian kids on the playing field.
A program called KidSports which is associated with the London Sports Council and this program is aimed to help families who have a financial barrier for organized sports.
Bill Smith the Executive Director of the London Sports Council says that families can get up to $250.00 of grant money towards registering for organized sports.
