A photo that went viral capturing the emotion of couple BJ Barone and Frank Nelson is now being used for propoganda in Italy for a political campaign party. The photo showed the reaction of the parents about their baby boy, Milo, was born in the delivery room.

The moment was supposed to be one showing love and joy but is now being used as an “anti-gay” statement by the party. The photo was photoshopped with the captions, “He will never be able to say mother, who shall protect children’s rights?”

The couple said they were shocked when they first say the photoshopped image for the first time, and were confused about how a group could use their image to promote something they were completely opposed to.
