London Police say Vanessa Anne Fotheringham went missing on February 21, 2012, and was last seen five days before. The woman was 24 years old at the time of her disappearance. Despite a lengthy investigation into the circumstances, her body has not been found.
Police charged Antonio Valentin Resendez Cortez with one count of second degree murder. His whereabouts are unknown and the investigation has continued. Police say both people knew each other.
