The Shout Sisters, a group founded in Kingston by Georgette Fry, in 2002, is an unorthodox approach to choir singing, which has grown into 23 different chapters around Ontario, including the London area. There are no auditions for this choir, and anyone can come out and try out their singing voice. The Choir is mainly female, and director for the London Chapter, Marion Day says all women of all ages are welcome, as it is an inclusive choir. The choir is held at the Colborne St. United Church at 7 every Tuesday, and new members are welcomed and urged to join.
