The conversation continues in London with the third annual walk and talk for mental health.
Victoria Park will be the beginning point for the short walk into the downtown, followed by post-walk festivities indoor and a guest speaker.
The goal is to spread awareness about mental health issues and de-stigmatize mental illness. Proceeds from this year’s event are going to support the Mental Health Walk-in Clinic at Family Service Thames Valley, a important resource in the community.
It is open to anyone and completely free to participate, however participants are encouraged to sign up online and fundraise money with family and friends to help contribute to the cause.
