A woman has died due to injuries after a collision with a vehicle early this morning.
Police have not revealed her name.
The woman was struck crossing Wharncliffe and Commissioner’s roads. She was taken to hospital where she succumbed to her injuries.
An investigation has been prompted.
Wharncliffe is closed both directions between Baseline and Commissioner’s roads as Traffic Management and forensic units continue the investigation.
