A 46-year-old man is facing a charge of indecency after a woman walking her dog in a local park told police she was flashed by a man wearing a mini-skirt.
St. Thomas Police say the woman was walking her dog in Athletic Park around 1:30 pm Monday, when a man with long black hair, a purple sweater and plaid mini-skirt began yelling at her.
According to the media release, the man is said to have lifted up the skirt, exposing his genitals, and began touching himself in a sexual manner.
The woman was able to get into her car and call 911.
Officers arrested a 46-year-old man in the park, later charging him with committing an indecent act.
