Just under a week ago, London Police received calls from concerned citizens who saw a man repeatedly hitting a dog outside of a residence.
A video capturing the abuse was also sent in to the police.
After investigating, police have identified the man as 28 year old, Kyle Langford.
After the investigation, a warrant has been issued for Langford.
He is being charged with deliberately causing unnecessary pain to an animal.
