London Police have now laid charges against a 72-year-old woman after three police cruisers were damaged.
It all unfolded when police responded to a report of a trespasser in the area of the apartments at Proudfoot Lane and Oxford Street at 7:22 p.m. Wednesday.
Police say they found a woman in a parked vehicle at one of the buildings and when they attempted to speak to her she proceeded to drive her vehicle into a cruiser before driving away.
In total two marked police cruisers and an unmarked police vehicle were damaged before the woman was arrested after she lost control of her vehicle.
No injuries to the officers nor the woman were reported.
As a result, 72-year-old Helen Nemeth is charged with two counts of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and flight from police.
