The wait is over… The sun is here- for now at least
We’re seeing the sun; we’re also feeling warmer above freezing mark for the first time in over a month.
After a cold and long February which saw many records broken for cold temperature’s many London residents are happy to finally see the sun.
In February we saw temperatures anywhere from -2 to -29 without windchill. With windchill those temperatures were in the -30’s.
Since January 1st the Middlesex London Health Unit has put London and area in eight Cold Weather Alerts with the last coming March 4th.
However don’t put away those shovels yet, Environment Canada is forecasting snow by Saturday
