London Police are investigating an overnight assault case leaving one man dead. Police responded to 189 Commissioners Road West at around 11:45 p.m. Tuesday evening after a fight was reported. Two men, who appeared to be injured, were found and taken to hospital.
A 32-year old man was pronounced dead at the hospital. A 30-year old man was arrested but later released from custody. Police have said both of the men and the caller are associated with the address.
Police are investigating the cause of death, with an autopsy scheduled for Thursday. No charges have been laid at this time. Constable Ken Steeves has said they are not looking for any other suspects.
