Fanshawe college celebrated it’s annual Club day this past Wednesday. The event was hosted by the Fanshawe Student Union, primarily Tabatha Rosborough.
Clubs are a great way to meet new people, make a difference, and have a great time while doing so.
There are a variety of new clubs this year including the Mice Club and Film club.
The “Mice Club” is one of the clubs that are new to Fanshawe this year. The Mice club is a diverse group that works together on little projects at a time, to help make a change in our community.
Many students don’t join clubs because they worry that it will get in the way of school work, but Tabatha explains that all the clubs are manageable with school work and are flexible to school requirements.
Tabatha says that clubs are being modified throughout the entire school year, and encourages anyone with an idea for a club to go to www.fsu.ca/clubs and share their idea.
