To be “psychic” is to be able to see into the future and predict events which are yet to happen. Professional psychics are people who have learned to capture this skill.
The London Psychic Expo was held at Centennial Hall over the weekend.
Londoners gathered downtown to meet with the many psychics, mediums, and tarot card readers travelling with the expo. Some of the shows even included the execution of magic tricks.
For many of the psychics and mediums expos have become a full-time job.
Linda Fulcher explains that for the psychics it is not just fun and games, “Each show, a lot of the revenue goes to letting people know about the show. And this is actually a business, so, everybody here uses this to pay for their travel expenses. And then, hopefully, there is enough left over that they can continue with their good work.”
Aside from palm readings and meetings with the dead, the psychic expo also featured a handful of venders. They mostly sold pendulums, turtle shells, and stones.
If you happened to miss the expo. it will be stopping again at Windsor’s Caboto Club from Jan 22nd to Jan 24th, 2016.
