Unbound is a yearly fashion show put up by the fashion design students which consists of of a runaway where models took the stage and displayed the designs the students did. It has been going on for 10 years. Fashion Design graduates displayed their unique five-piece collections in front of a large audience and judges, all with a focus on their unique strengths, influences and individuality. Awards were handed out to those who wowed audiences with their collections, and also to graduates who showed exemplary effort all year long through their involvement.
“I also had the use of bows cause that was another thing that was huge in the 80s, and the knot tie on the bow is on trend for the spring this year” said Julie Rovere, who was one of the designers that participated on the show. she also said all of the unique styles we saw on the catwalk stem from emphasis the program puts in creativity.
Rovere also said she thought the event was a huge success and she expects next year to be just as good.
