Last Thursday was the United Way and UM annual Harvest Lunch at Budweiser Gardens.
The annual 3M Harvest Lunch was served as the official launch of the United Way’s 2016 Campaign. The lunch had just over 2500 participants and volunteers in attendance to help grow the community for United Way of London and Middlesex.
This year fundraising goal for United Way is $9.172 Million, CEO of United Way of London and Middlesex Kelly Ziegler says,
United Way Harvest Lunch at Budweiser Gardens
” We find the good middle ground between capacity in terms of fundraising and that good middle ground. Something that will stretch us more to be able to invest more into the community.”
The United Way of London and Middlesex assist more than 80 programs throughout the community.
This years goal of 9.172 Million dollars going all towards a better community and to show change to the local services in London.
