Progressive Conservative Leader Doug Ford promised health changes during his visit this Friday in London at Advanced Medical Group. The plan is, if elected, cut wait times in hospitals and increase number of beds.
“Resources are on the way. I’ll cut wait times and 30,000 new beds in hospitals in 10 years,” said Ford.
During the announcement, he also promised to invest $1.9 billion over the next 10 years in mental health, addictions and housing supports, and dental care to low-income seniors.
While Ford is in London, Kathleen Wynne is campaigning in Toronto and Andrea Horwath brings NDP message to Northern Ontario.
