An 18 year old man, Zackary McDermott of London, has a warrant issued for his arrest in connection with the September 12 shooting that occurred at a Tim Horton’s on Dundas Street, near Veteran’s Memorial Parkway.
The result of the shooting lead to the death of 21 year old, Christopher Clements-Card, who was wounded and later died in the hospital.
Zackary McDermott is charged with first-degree murder and attempt murder by discharging a firearm. A photo is not available, but he is described to be a Caucasian male, 5’9″, with a slim build and reddish-blond hair that is short on the sides.
Police have yet to recover the firearm used during the shooting.
Following the shooting, McDermott and two other males fled the scene in a silver four-door sedan. Later, the van was located near-by.
London Police are still interesting in identifying the two other males involved. One of the males is described as Black, with black hair in corn rows and the other is Caucasian, with a dark complexion, short dark hair, and a full beard.
