Singing, dancing, and magic acts are just some of the talents Londoners will be able to showcase in the first audition of London’s Got Talent this coming Saturday.

“We like to target it to the younger audience, but it is open to any ages, as long as there is a parental consent under 18,” says Lauren Magyar Event Coordinator.

London’s Got Talent is a non-profit organization and fundraiser to support Single Women in Motherhood. Lauren Magyar says the main idea is not the event, the idea is what Londoners can do to help single mothers in need. Some of them might have not finished school because of many difficulties they faced in their early years and that stopped them from obtaining a high school, or college diploma.

“For single mothers paying for your child, daycare, and other expenses, as well as, paying for school can be very pricey. So if everyone contributes more families can benefit with the educations they need,” adds Magyar.
/
The process is simple, “I would send you an application you would fill online for an available date. You’ll come in and you’ll show the talent you have to offer,” says Magyar.
/
Anybody can apply, but priority is given to non-professional participants. “We also try to target audience that doesn’t have that much experience,” adds event coordinator.

Auditions begin Saturday September 29th from 12:00 to 5:00 pm at 296 Horton Street East just above the Tim Hortons.
