With the election less than two weeks away, many Londoners are still unsure of who to vote for. Sly fox digital marketing media is a web development company that designed Electipedia.ca. Electipedia is an un-biased voter engagement platform that provides profile information on each candidate. Electipedia’s goal is to make Londoners well aware of candidates positions on key issues so they can vote with ease.
“I do use Electipedia for my own personal voting decisions. It centralizes the information. You don’t have to go and sort through every individual candidate campaign page,” said Sly Fox office administrator Michele Anderson.
The website highlights issues candidates are focusing on and expands them in greater detail. It shows not only mayoral hopefuls but also each ward candidates running for a seat at council. Some details of candidates on Electipedia.ca may have never been heard anywhere publicly.
“You get a lot of different information and comments on candidates on these smaller, private websites that may have never been heard in a public room,” said Anderson.
Sly Fox is a business that cares for London and wants to help in any way possible. Making this website is benefiting Londoners, candidates, and the future of the city’s community.
“Sly Fox is comprised of a group of people that just really love London and have great hopes for its future. We want to provide an avenue for the community to engage.”
The web design company encourages everyone to have a look at the website before heading to the polls for advanced voting. Election Day is October 22 in the city.
