London Police officer Detective Barb Martin has been charged with one count of driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in blood which is contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
Detective Martin has been charged by the Elgin County OPP following an investigation of a incident around 11:30pm on October 14.
Detective Martin has 19 years of service and was put on administrative duties. She is expected to appear in court in St.Thomas November 13,2018.
