Legacy Tattoo & body Piercing is a studio in downtown London that has been in business for over 20 years. With its beautiful diverse crew and many different styles of tattooing and piercings, Legacy Tattoo & Body Piercing makes it worth the trip.
Much like every tattoo shop in London right now, they are under strict restrictions because of the fourth Covid wave. Veronica, an artist at Legacy goes into more details about how she’s feeling and how the studio is dealing with Covid.
“I miss being open, we have been closed three times already completely by the pandemic. Also not being able to do under the mask piercings. I mean, everybody loves a nose piercing.”
Since having these new restrictions, the store capacity has been limited. Only one person allowed each appointment. Veronica says that this change has been a struggle for some clients.
“Getting a tattoo supposed to be a fun social events. A lot of people like to have at least one person in with them getting when they’re getting a tattoo. I don’t have anyone giving me a hard time over wearing a mask or anything, but as far as the number of people coming in for the appointment, that’s been a little weird for people.”
Veronica says that despite the pandemic, the business aspect has not been too bad. With nothing to do but to sit at home and self isolate, more people are making those tattoo and more piercing appointments.
