At the age of 67, the iconic voice actor and comedian Gilbert Gottfried has died following a “long illness”, posted by the Gottfried family online.
Gottfried’s publicist disclosed that the cause of death was due to complications from muscular dystrophy.
Appearing in over 160 film and TV shows since the 1980’s, some of Gottfried’s most notable work includes the voice of Lago the Parrot of Disney’s Aladdin and Saturday Night Live.
