Campus & Community: Queer Intersections

Synopsis: Hello there, my name is Mauricio Osorio and I’m the Project Coordinator in the Centre for Equity Diversity and Inclusion at Fanshawe College. I’ve been working at Fanshawe since Nov 2008. I’m also one of the Board Members for a great non profit organization in London called Queer Intersections. I sat with Alex Williams and chatted about a bit about my roles in each position and how they intersect. Mainly, my passion to give a voice to those who have been silenced and have been oppressed. We also chatted about a running race I’m helping organized called Run with Pride which takes place June 15 at 6pm starting from Springbank Gardens.
