Former Cy Young pitcher Shane Bieber re-signed with the Toronto Blue Jays Wednesday morning.
Bieber joined the Blue Jays on July 31 in exchange for pitcher Khal Stephen.
His final stats on the season were a 4-2 record with a 3.57 ERA. Then in the playoffs he appeared in 5 contests where he had a 2-1 record with a 3.86 ERA which included two important wins in Game 3 of the ALCS against Seattle and Game 4 of the World Series against the Dodgers.
His player option is worth 16-million for the upcoming season
