London Knights
The London Knights have two games over the weekend, opening with the Kingston Frontenacs on Friday.
The Knights lost their last game on Wednesday, losing to the Guelph Storm on the road. Before that, they played the Frontenacs, beating them 6-1 in Kingston.

The Knights travel to Owen Sound on Saturday, starts at 7 P.M. This is the first matchup between London and Owen Sound since the opening game of the season. The Attack won that game 3-2 in overtime.
Owen Sound sits at third in the standings, having the second best powerplay in the league.
London goaltender Aleksei Medvedev was named the Mary Brown’s Chicken OHL Goaltender of the Week last week, winning both the games he started. Medvedev held a 1.00 goals-against average and a .970 save percentage.
Fanshawe Falcons
The Falcons are travelling to P.E.I on Friday for the CCAA Cross Country Championship. They will be racing on Friday and Saturday.
In 2021 the Fanshawe men’s team won the silver medal, and in 2019 they won gold.
The Fanshawe basketball teams are travelling to Conestoga on Saturday, games start at 1 P.M. The men’s team has started 1-3, losing their last game by three to Humber.
The women’s team has started strong, holding a 2-1 record. Ashlyn Anderson has started hot, averaging a double-double on 14.3 points per game and 11.7 rebounds per game.
The women’s volleyball team is in action, hosting the Sault Cougars Saturday at 6 P.M. and Sunday at 1 P.M. The Falcons started 0-2, but won their last game against Sheridan 3-0.
Western University
Western has a busy weekend, with lots of basketball and hockey.
The basketball teams are in action tomorrow, hosting the Algoma Thunderbirds. Games start at 6 P.M.
The women’s hockey team is playing the Waterloo Warriors Friday, puck drop is at 7 P.M.
Basketball and hockey are back Saturday, with the Mustangs basketball teams hosting the Guelph Gryphons at 6 P.M.
The Mustangs men hockey team is on the road to St. Catharines, taking on the Brock Badgers for a 6 P.M. start time. The women host the Carleton Ravens.
Western Mustangs wrestling team will be on the road to Toronto to face the York Lions.
Travelling to Sherbrooke, Que. is the Western cross country team for the U sports championship.
London Nationals
The London Nationals are travelling to St. Thomas to take on the Stars on Saturday.
The Nationals currently sit at the third seed in the conference. The Stars are only two spots behind, sitting at the five seed.
It will be the first game between these two teams this season. The Nationals swept them last season, winning all four of their matchups.
Nationals Austen Pomerleau is currently tied for second in the league in points, with ten goals and eighteen assists.
