The London Nationals playoff run will begin Friday following a loss to the Strathroy Rockets.
The Nationals had an up-and-down season and finished eighth overall and fifth in the Western Conference in the regular-season standings.
The team finished one point behind the Stratford Warriors, while the Cambridge Redhawks claimed first place in the league.
Austen Pomerleau finished fifth in the league in points and sixth in goals and assist.
A total of 66 points was recorded by the Nationals, with 32 wins and 16 losses posted during the regular season.
The Stratford Warriors will face the Nationals at 7:30 p.m. Friday in the opening game of the Sutherland Cup playoffs.
The game will be held in Stratford at the William Allman Memorial Arena.
