London Police are actively investigating thefts of over 30 student rental unit signs from properties in the Oxford and Wharncliffe area that have occurred between February 1st, 2015 and May 16th, 2015.
Police say they have a suspect captured on video (pictured on the right) and are hoping you can help with any more information.

- Medium build
- 20-30 years
- Short hair
- Clean shaven
- Tattoo sleeve on right arm
