Everyone knows that a daily routine is important. But it’s hard to explain exactly why. Maintaining a daily routine is just as hard.
Fanshawe Counsellor Gillian Villanueva said why people essentially need a routine.
“Having a daily routine, you know it gives you something to look forward to. Right, you kinda know okay, this is what tomorrow’s gonna look like. So, it kinds a gives you little bit of template of the day.”
A daily routine is especially important for students. She said controlling your lifestyle is a way of self-care.
“The more routine and schedule is generally speaking the better of the feel physically and mentally.”
Health Trainer Steven Mati said, it is important for students to build a healthy daily routine with some exercise, but practice is more important.
“For me, I think practicing with a little bit of morning meditation just kinda play in your day out in your head before starts.”
