A previously wanted 38-year-old London man, Noel Paul, has been placed into custody.
Reports say that a woman observed the man approach two children and talk with them for 10 minutes.
The children later advised their parents that the man was inviting them to go with him, and in return, he would give them a toy.
The London Police is sharing this information as they are concerned that Noel Paul may commit similar offences while at large.
He remains in custody and is expected to appear in London court today in relation to the charge.
