Western University announced their $1 billion All In campaign.
Western has launched its largest-ever fundraising and alumni engagement campaign named All In.
The goals for this campaign is for 185 000 alumni to engage in 1.5 million meaningful interactions and raise $1 billion to create a better future.
Co-chair of the All In campaign, David Simmonds, says this campaign comes at a challenging time and universities like Western are stepping up to solve problems.

Simmonds says that one of the things Western is proudest about is its alumni and school community. He says reaching out to alumni will help Western tackle challenges around the world.
The campaign is focusing on challenges from around the world including addressing social impacts of global issues (AI, climate change, and others), future-proofing our planet, optimizing health for all, and preparing future leaders.
Western has already raised more than half of their fundraising goal with 527 million dollars.
