Two pedestrians were taken to the hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries last night.
According to the police, officers responded to the area of Wharncliffe Road south and Becher Street just before midnight.
The vehicle involved in the crash stayed at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing and is currently being looking after by the London police road safety section.
