The London Children’s Museum welcomed children and families to the sold out BOOseum event.
The beloved annual event returns for the first time in its new home at 100 Kellogg Lane. The London Children’s Museum opened up at the new space in January of this year, Mira Noordermeer, Director of Marketing & Communications at the London Children’s Museum says there has been 223,000 visitors.
The museum aims to give visitors powerful play experiences through immersive environments, authentic materials, and meaningful relationships, and in this new space they have introduced “8 all new exhibits, new hands-on programs, all designed by children in our community,” says Noordermeer.
Children dressed in various costumes enjoyed a night of trick-or-treating, spooky science, a monster mash dance party, and more. Multiple community partners came to the BOOseum to help host these activities.
