A Hamilton man is facing charges after an incident in the downtown core last week.
London police said two men were arguing with each other at a downtown store in the 200 block of John Street at around 10 p.m. on Friday, October 31st.
The suspect man sprayed pepper spray on another man who was arguing.
The two women who were passing by were also damaged, and the victim man fled the scene.
Two female victims were located with minor injuries and treated by paramedic services.
Anthony Benjamin, 20, of Hamilton, has been charged with administer noxious things and assault with a weapon, according to police.
He is scheduled to appear in London court on November 25th.
