In advance of the parade Tuesday, Nov. 11 in downtown London, Ont., there will be temporary road closures from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., the city said.
Dufferin Avenue from Clarence Street to Picton Street and Wellington Street from Wolfe Street to Queens Avenue will be closed beginning at 8 a.m.
Other closures include Dundas Street from Wellington to Waterloo, Waterloo Street from Dundas to Dufferin, and Dufferin from Waterloo to Clarence starting at 10 a.m. until approximately 12:30 p.m.
While access to the parking garage will remain open before 10:30 a.m., no vehicle movement will be possible once the parade starts. City of London Residents and drivers are advised to plan alternative routes and allow extra travel time.
