Actor Mike Smith who is mostly known for the role of Bubbles in Trailer Park Boys, will appear in court Wednesday morning regarding his sexual assault case.
Smith was charged in early October regarding a sexual assault case dating back to December 2017.
Trailer Park Boys Inc. issued a statement say that the company is aware of the allegations, and is taking them very seriously. Smith is registered as one of three directors with the company.
This isn’t Smith’s first run-in with the law, as he was arrested back in April 2016 regarding a domestic battery case in Los Angeles.
Smith is set to appear in a Dartmouth, Nova Scotia court Wednesday morning.
