Two Dorchester women are facing charges in relation to drugs and firearms.
On Jan. 28, police issued a search warrant at an address on Minnie Street in Dorchester.
Police said the Community Street Crime Unit seized illicit drugs suspected to be cocaine, methamphetamine, oxycodone and hydromorphone, as well as a loaded handgun, ammunition, and a large sum of Canadian currency.
Ashley Johnstone, 42, of Dorchester, is facing 11 charges, and Kristina Szabo, 38, of Dorchester is facing 10 charges. A third individual remains outstanding, and a warrant for their arrest has been issued.

- Possession of prohibited or restricted firearm with ammo
- Knowledge of Unauthorized Possession of Firearm
- Unauthorized possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm
- Careless storage of Firearm, Weapon, Prohibited device or ammunition
- Poss of a Firearm knowing Serial Number has been Tampered With
- Poss of Firearm or Ammunition contrary to Prohibition Order
- Poss of proceeds of property obtained by crime over $5000 – in Canada
- Poss of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
- Poss of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine
- Poss of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking- Other Drugs (two counts)
Kristina Szabo:
- Possession of prohibited or restricted firearm with ammo
- Knowledge of Unauthorized Possession of Firearm
- Unauthorized possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm
- Careless storage of Firearm, Weapon, Prohibited device or ammunition
- Poss of a Firearm knowing Serial Number has been Tampered With
- Poss of proceeds of property obtained by crime over $5000 – in Canada
- Poss of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
- Poss of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine
- Poss of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking- Other Drugs (two counts)
Police said both suspects are being held for bail.
