The ongoing investigation into the discovery of potential bomb-making chemicals at a London home has led to new search warrants in Ottawa and Gatineau, Quebec.
Police have not released further information regarding their findings or the specifics of what they are searching for.
Four people in their twenties face numerous charges after a trespassing incident at Western University that led police to a house on the corner of Chesham Avenue and Chesham Place, where officers discovered chemicals capable of creating explosives, police said Tuesday.
As the investigation continues, police said residents of the area can expect to see police presence and are unable to provide an exact timeline for when the scene will be cleared.
According to police, while the investigation remains active, additional information will be provided as appropriate.
