Londoners flying across Canada will have a new option to pick from starting in spring 2027, as the London International Airport announced on Tuesday that five new domestic flights will be operating out of the city starting in spring 2027, in partnership with Porter Airlines.
The announcement comes not long after the airport released its winter flight schedule, which also features Porter Airlines as a carrier. The new flights will fly nonstop out of London to Halifax, Ottawa, Montreal and Vancouver starting on Apr. 12, 2027, and to Edmonton on May 6.
The flights have been called “a transformational investment in our region, strengthening access for travellers and businesses while enhancing London’s position as a growing centre for aviation and aerospace,” by airport CEO Scott McFadzean in a media release from the airport.

McFadzean also said that the flights will provide local options for over two million people in London and surrounding areas, and believes the partnership with Porter Airlines to be a vote of confidence in London and southwestern Ontario and its economy.
The flights will be operated on small regional airliners and will offer wine and beer, snacks and WiFi as part of their economy fare, with the option to book seats with extra leg room, in-flight meals and checked bags for their first class option.
Flights can be booked online.
