Police have opened a death investigation.
The Middlesex Country Ontario Provincial Police and the Thames Centre Fire Department were called Tuesday to a residential fire, on Elgin Road.
A deceased person was discovered on scene.
The investigation is in it’s early stages and there’s little information. The cause of the fire is also being looked at.
Elgin road between Dundas and Trafalgar are closed.
