London Police have charged a 30-year-old woman following a collision with a cyclist early Sunday morning.
The cyclist, a 25-year-old woman remains in critical condition after being struck by a car around 2:30 Sunday morning in the southbound lanes of Highbury Avenue between Hamilton Road and Commissioners Road.
As a result, 30-year-old Ashley Brunelle, of London has been charged with driving more than 80 mgs in blood and causing bodily harm.
Brunelle will appear in court on November 18th
According to officers, Brunelle is not known to police.
