Its a dream that turned reality for Dermot Brennan and Denise Neal who for the past years have always bought a Dream Lottery ticket and this time they are not watching someone else win but are the big winners.
With the dream lottery you have two options to pick from when you win, a brand new home, or one million dollars. most people end up taking the money but this couple took the home but for a reason that makes their story even better. Dermot and Denise will be giving the house they won to their daughter, her husband and her son. While talking to Dermot he explained coming to see the home for the first time with his daughter and her family and how Dermot’s grandson started putting his toys where he wants them even before they had been given the keys.
The lottery is a collaboration between three foundations in London including the London Health Science Foundation, Saint Josephs Hospital Foundation and the Children’s Health Foundation. Twee Brown from the bored of directors for London health science foundation explain how the collaborate and that all the proceeds are split between the 3 organizations to put back into health care for the Forest City.
Dermot and Denise have now received their key for the home but the family will not be able to move in just yet with a little bit of final paper work to be done before they have their first sleep in their new home, but they are expected to be moved in later in August
