The London Police service has charged two Londoners after more than $12,000 in drugs and $30,000 in cash was seized over this past weekend.
On Saturday, the London Police Service Guns and Drugs Section executed a search warrant on a home at Wharncliffe Road North. Police also searched vehicle after arresting two males.
The following items were seized:
- 31.75 grams of Fentanyl, value $7,937
- 27 grams of cocaine, value $2,700
- 15 x Adderall (30mg), value $300
- 247 Percocets, value $1,235
- Five cellular phones
- Digital Scale
- $30,000 in cash
As a result of the investigation, 34 year-old Daniel James Moody, has been charged with:
- Two counts of possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking
- Fail to comply with release order
26 year-old Ali Raza Bhatti, has also been charged with possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking.
Moody, is expected to appear in a London court today in relation to the charges, while Bhatti was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in a London court on September 14, 2020
