The London Knights are looking to rebound after an unfortunate loss to the Sarnia Sting. The loss came this past Saturday at the Teddy Bear Toss game at Budweiser Gardens. Nolan DeGurse got the game-winning goal on an unfortunate play that left Knights Goalie Brett Brochu out of position. The Knights need to get some momentum back and what better way to do that than with a rivalry game against the Kitchener Rangers.

The Rangers come into this game with an 11-10 record on the season. The team has had an unfortunate couple of losses, losing 5 of their last 10 games. Although they have only won half of their games, the Rangers are currently on a 3 game win streak. This makes them a dangerous team to play. Rangers Mike Petizian has been a major part of the Rangers’ resurgence scoring 10 goals on the season so far.

The Knights come into this game after another loss to Sarnia and need to rebound. The Knights did outshoot the Sting in that loss so there is a lot to be optimistic about. The Knights are currently led by their top scorer Luke Evangelista who has 37 points so far this season. For the Knights to rebound they have to get their stars involved and start putting pucks in the net early. Too often the Knights have been stuck in these close games where they have been unable to finish. The key will be getting a lead and then keeping it. Knights goalie Brett Brochu has been solid so holding a lead should not be difficult.
